The observation you made during a pleasant conversation was harsh, jarring, and just plain wrong. Why would such a nice woman say something so nasty? Past words of kindness sit oddly by the disappointing, cruel story. I know how to relate to your pleasant conversational ways, but what the hell am I supposed to do with the latter??
You're so kind to me; I can tell you want the relationship to go deeper. Yet, you have no idea how your crazy, racist viewpoint repels me. Your remarks are like grease smudged across your face!
