It SHOULDN'T be that way, but sometimes we can't Fight the SEETHER

For the sake of legality, the awesome, artistic and articulate song "Seether" was written by Nina Gordon.  The lyrics herein are pretty self evident.  The band Veruca Salt plays the "Seether".

 Veruca Salt had a rough break up, Thank God, Nina Gordon and Louise Post (co-leaders of Veruca Salt) both got married, had husbands respectively, each  had 1 child and figured life was too short to fight and they reunited.

AND....Why  do I bring out these lyrics?  Because, recently,  in a couple instances, I just want so badly to help, & I can't.  I simply am on the outside looking in.  It feels like all I can do is PRAY  and Seethe.

& I'm really glad I got to see Veruca Salt in person back in the mid 90s (still my favorite decade)

Anger takes on a life all its own; they describe it like a girl......so here's the feeling that we sometimes feel right to our brain, our ribs & THROUGH THE SPINE......down to our feet.
