My own son is playing at Homecoming w/ a lot of people and a nice spread of food afterwards. (No, it's not like the high school homecomings; he's only 11).
It made me think the Homecoming I went to my senior year, (with Therese Berns Deckert, nice time was had by all after the dance). This is what I looked like that year.

In Indo, there was no such a thing called "homecoming" he he...When I was at school, there was never any school dance, either, though I think these days there MAY be some at some schools. Here in Finland they have senior's dance in High School, but only for those who want to do so.
You were cute! Umm... not to imply you've aged drastically or aren't still a nice looking "ou" now. *grin*
In South Africa we only had a final year dance, called "Matric Farewell" dance. I went with a friend. He used to run a local disco on weekends for the other teens and I was his helper. My job was taking the money at the door and "bouncer".
Thankfully we ran a disco from a tiny village hall in a really quiet seaside place = I never actually had to bounce anyone! ;-) Ok... once. An older teen came in with alcohol and I asked him to leave (we were 12 to 17 year olds). He looked at me and started to laugh and laugh... but he did leave.
