So the IMPOSSIBLE WHOPPER is a burger sold by Burger King which has no real meat. It's made out of soy and potatoes. It tasted very similar to a regular burger, but I could taste a subtle difference. There's an article on the Impossible Whopper in the New Yorker. I love/respect beef farmers. But clearly when we talk about sustainability and carbon footprint, we have to fact the fact that the Impossible Whopper leaves a much smaller carbon footprint.
The facts clearly back that up!
