a funny incident

I woke up one night and noticed my eye drops were missing.  I didn't think much of it, because I had eye drops elsewhere.
Then a day or 2 after, I noticed that the bread would not fit into the toaster.  I looked inside the toaster and there were my eye drops.  I should explain that my medicine is kept in my kitchen cabinet, because I don't have an existing medicine cabinet.  So it was a situation where the eye drops fell off the shelf and into the toaster.  & I didn't see it. 
If you look close enough at the top of the bottle, you'll see that there's a crease.  I didn't toast the eye drops, but the heat that was in the toaster apparently put some creases into the bottle.
